This is to inform all that the Department of Immigration Services has received complaints about the existence of a scam website "www.kenya-evisa-online.com" which is designed in such a way that it is being mistaken for official Government eVISA website. In this portal the customer is asked to make a payment of USD 120 for normal visa application which take 3 working days for processing or USD 130 for urgent cases.

The incumbent will be expected to do official translation and provide technical support on matters relating to Economic, Trade and Investments.
Specific duties will include but not be limited to:
Minimum Requirements:
i. Excellent written and oral communication in English and Arabic language;
ii. Ability to translate documents from Arabic to English and English to Arabic
iii. At least 3 years hands on experience in Trade and Investment field;
iv. A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business administration, Marketing, Languages or any other relevant field;
v. Good grasp of the Business Regulatory regimes, main business /investment associations and government policies on Business and Investments;
vi. Fair understanding of the economic, technical and investment framework/technical cooperation agreements including negotiation strategies and follow-up mechanism;
vii. A good understanding of local and global issues impacting on trade and investments;
vii. Proven proficiency in ICT, especially in research, data processing and presentation;
ix. Must be a team player.
The successful candidate will receive remuneration and benefits commensurate with the position.
